How it works

Carrier Pre-Select (CPS) is a service allowing you to automatically route your outgoing calls over the Megacall network instead of your current provider.

There is no installation or programming of equipment required and you don’t have to dial a code to activate the service.

It’s simple to change over to our service and we manage everything for you.

Using the information you provide, we will complete an approved electronic order form for the land line telephone numbers that you want to transfer to Megacall and send it to your line rental provider.

Your provider checks the information on the electronic order and, as long as it is correct, the service will be transferred 15 working days later.

The service is provided at the local exchange meaning that no equipment needs to be installed at your premises.

Once the service is activated your calls will be transferred to Megacall’s network automatically.

There will be no interruption to your service while you change supplier and you are able to keep your existing telephone numbers.
